Whole bunch Muscat Of Alexandria (70%) carbonic maceration for 20 days + mostly de-stemmed Grenache Blanc macerated for 7 days. Elevage in neutral oak for 12 months. 3 months in stainless prior to bottling. All wines unfiltered, unfined, wild fermented & no additions of any kind - just grapes.
