By visiting our site and purchasing alcohol from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service," "Terms"), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants.

1. ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL DRINKING AGE

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, in accordance with Singapore's legal drinking age. If you are purchasing alcohol, you confirm that you are of legal age and will not supply alcohol to minors. We reserve the right to request age verification at the point of delivery.


2. PURCHASE & DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Alcohol purchases are strictly for personal consumption and not for resale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on location, timing, and compliance with Singapore laws.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect the purchase violates any applicable regulations.
  4. Delivery personnel may request a valid photo ID upon delivery. If age verification fails, the order will be canceled, and a refund may be issued at our discretion.


3. RESPONSIBLE DRINKING

We support responsible drinking. By purchasing from us, you agree to consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with Singapore’s laws, including no consumption in public places after 10:30 PM as per the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act.


4. PAYMENT & PRICING

  1. All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  2. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
  3. Payments must be made through our approved payment methods. Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to authorities.


5. CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
  2. Refunds or exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged products, subject to our review.
  3. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.


6. DATA PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using our website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

7. COLLABORATION WITH TINA’S CAFE

ARVO operates in collaboration with Tina’s Cafe, located at 5 Everton Park, #01-22, Singapore 080005.

  1. All alcoholic beverages sold at ARVO’s pop-up events at Tina’s Cafe are retailed under the valid Singapore Police Force (SPF) liquor license held by Tina’s Cafe.
  2. All food and non-alcoholic beverages sold at the same location are retailed under the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) license held by Tina’s Cafe.
  3. ARVO’s pop-up operations at Tina’s Cafe are conducted with the full knowledge, consent, and agreement of Tina’s Cafe, and in compliance with all applicable Singapore laws and licensing requirements.

Customers purchasing from these locations acknowledge that they are transacting under the licensing and regulatory framework of Tina’s Cafe.


Online purchases of Tina’s Cafe products made available through ARVO must be completed while physically on-site at Tina’s Cafe. ARVO bears no responsibility or liability for purchases made via the platform while the store is closed or outside of designated operating hours.


8. RESTRICTED USE

You may not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, including:

  1. Reselling alcohol without appropriate licenses.
  2. Supplying alcohol to minors.
  3. Violating any Singapore regulations regarding alcohol consumption and distribution.


9. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

  1. VANDO LLP is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from the use or misuse of alcohol purchased from us.
  2. You agree to indemnify and hold VANDO LLP harmless from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.


10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
